Ben Inker is saying that in most places that stocks aren't expensive, but he is finding some attractive values.

In Europe he thinks the more cyclical companies are still worth owning. Specifically the companies that do most of their actual business in Europe are the cheapest.

If you are going to own US stocks Inker thinks you should stick with high quality companies. They aren't cheap, but they won't hurt you much either.
