SATS. Great write-up on VIC. More importantly, great management team, with excellent incentives, and similarly good opportunities for growth. Most important of all it seems to be selling at a cheap price...

Why are they investing in Ford and GM? My impression was that they have crippling pension plans, and are more concentrated in SUV's which are declining in popularity with high oil prices.

Daniel, do you have a link for the SATS article? Googling VIC got me nowhere. I'm guessing "VI" is value investing, and "C" is?

Valueinvestorsclub.com Great site, with great write-ups, chosen by Joel Greenblatt. It's the American Idol for value investors--and I believe a lot of the "contestants" win seed money from Greenblatt, though that just might be hearsay.
