Jim Rogers thinks US strategy is flawed as it is driving together China and Russia and away from United States.
Rogers was optimistic back in March and June and he still thinks it is an interesting place to look.
Jim notes that all currencies are down as a result of the rocketing US dollar.
One area that he is very bullish is agriculture, particularly in Russia.
