Founder Of Short Seller Target Lumber Liquidators Says 60 Minutes Has Distorted The Facts

Lumber Liquidators'Â (LL, Financial) founder and chairman, Tom Sullivan, says his company's product is absolutely safe.

Sullivan said that 60 Minutes has distorted the facts and that all of its lumber has been certified as well as tested internally.

When asked if he will sue 60 Minutes or short seller Whitney Tilson (Trades, Portfolio), Sullivan indicates that right now the focus is on customers, but legal action is a possibility.
