Gabelli increased his stakes in BIOS by ~15% and now owns 7,666,300 shares that were purchased at an average price of $4.32 a share. The stock is currently trading at $4.33 a share.

BioScript was incorporated in 1996 with MIM Corporation as the original name. The company offeres home infusion and healthcare services to physicians, patients, hospitals and healthcare payors.

Over the past five years, BioScript's revenue has been in a steady decline. Revenue per share for the trailing 12 months was $14.39 and the growth rate was 20.40%.

BioScript's current ratio is at a comfortable 1.16, which indicates good short term financial strength. Another good sign is the P/S ratio is currently at 0.3, which is where it was two years ago. Finally, the P/B ratio is currently at 1.39, which is close to the one-year low of 1.34.

Navistar International Corp (NAV, Financial)

Gabelli increased his stakes in this position by ~6.6% and now owns 6,503,979 shares that were purchased at an average price of $28.44 a share.

Navistar was incorporated in 1993. It manufactures both commercial and military trucks, diesel engines and buses. The company also provides service parts for both truck and diesel engines.

The Peter Lynch earnings line is around $12.60, and the stock is currently trading at $29.39 a share, which indicates it may be overvalued.

Revenue per share for the trailing twelve months as of January 2015 was $135.20; however, the average growth rate for the past five years was -4.50%. Investors should be aware of revenue, as it has been declining over the past five years.

NAV's current ratio is currently at a comfortable 1.23.
