Blackrock is the biggest asset manager in the world. That gives its CEO Larry Fink a great view of what is going on across global markets.

He isn't worried about the current levels of global stock markets but does concede that the United States is more expensive than most markets.

The expensive nature of the U.S. market is due to a very strong recovery from the great recession. Fink is bullish on Europe because he thinks the recovery there is truly just beginning.
