Boeing (BA, Financial) is an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets and satellites. It also provides leasing and product support services. Boeing is one of the largest global aircraft manufacturers and defense contractors in the world. The company’s dominance is concrete and the company has been reporting good growth.

In Q1 FY15, Boeing reported earnings per share of $1.97, beating consensus estimate of $1.84. The company posted revenue of $22.1 billion, less than the analyst estimate of $22.5 billion. For the full year, the company expects to see revenue between $94.5 and $96.5 billion in 2015.

Order for 787-9 Dreamliner

Boeing and TUI Group is among the world's largest united leisure travel businesses, have confirmed an order for one 787-9 Dreamliner with a choice for one more 787-9. The order is estimated at $257 million at existing list values. TUI Group also declared that it will standby two unfilled orders for 787-8s for two 787-9s.

The European leisure group will operate a fleet of 13 787-8s from this summer and detailed that it will add three 787-9s to its fleet in the upcoming three years.

The 787-9 complements and spreads the 787 family. With the fuselage increase by 6 meters over the 787-8, the 787-9 will fly up containing 40 extra passengers an additional 800 kilometers with the same extraordinary environmental performance – 20% reduced fuel use and 20% less emissions than the aircrafts they substitute.

The 787-9 impacts the idealistic design of the 787-8, proposing traveler-attractive features such as large windows, large stow bins, up-to-date LED lighting, greater humidity, a lower cabin height, cleaner air and a flatter ride.

There are 6 airlines in the TUI Group functioning 144 medium and long-haul aircraft, counting the 787. The airlines are TUI fly, Thomson, TUI fly Nordic, Jetair fly, Corsair and Arke Fly, serving further than 180 destinations around the world. Boeing has supplied more than 160 airplanes to TUI Group airlines. As well as the orders for 787s, TUI Group also has ordered 60 737 MAXs.

TUI Group, a business leader in bearable travel, works together with Boeing to shrink viable aviation's environmental influence. In addition to TUI Group's selection of the efficient 787 Dreamliner and 737 MAX, TUI Group is a partner on the Boeing eco Demonstrator 757, which is presently analyzing new technologies to decrease airplane carbon emissions and noise.

Turkish Airlines Takes Delivery of 125th Boeing Airplane

Boeing and Turkish Airlines together celebrated a milestone with the supply of the airline's 125th airplane bought from Boeing – a Next-Generation 737-900ER – and one of 12 airplanes the Turkish flag-carrier will take supply of this year.

Turkish has grown to turn out to be one of the world's foremost carriers and at present operates a mix of Boeing 777-300ERs and 737 Next-Generation airplanes.

Conclusion

Many airlines are ordering new Boeing planes due to beaten-down oil prices. The company is receiving large orders for multiple planes and this trend is expected to continue. The company is reporting strong growth and will enjoy multiple tailwinds going forward. Given the valuation, Boeing is a buy in my opinion.
