The markets are in upheaval because of the Chinese economy slowing down.

Marc Faber points out that it is not going to be easy to turn China's economy around. He describes the economy as not being like a car that you can just drive around the corner....it will take a significant amount of time to meaningfully stimulate it.

Faber notes that companies like Hewlett-Packard (HPQ, Financial), United Technologies (UTX, Financial) and car manufacturers with large exposure to China are going to feel the pain.
