According to the above filters, the following are the recent buys from company insiders during the second week of September.

On Sept. 10, Baker Bros. Advisors LP., which now holds more than 10% of outstanding shares of Aquinox Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AQXP) bought 2,480,032 shares of the company at the average price of $15.50 per share with a total cost of $38,440,500. Since then, the price of the stock has risen by 15.90%.

The company has an institutional ownership of 39% and an insider ownership of 1%.

The price of Aquinox has risen by 163% during the last 12 months and by 57% during the last five years. The company has negative returns, such as ROE of -68.08% and ROA -61.39%. Despite the very negative profitability, the company is out of debt.
