According to the above filters, the following are the recent buys from company insiders in the past week.

On Oct. 9, Philip Falcone, CEO, chairman and president of HC2 Holdings Inc. (HCHC) bought 540,000 shares of the company at the price of $7.50 per share for a total cost of $4,050,000. Four days later, 10% owner HRG Group Inc. sold 4,678,395 shares at the same price for a total of $35,088,000.
