Bill Miller thinks that Twitter (TWTR, Financial) is the best aggregator of information that the world has.

He refers to the fact that the West Wing of the White House monitors Twitter as to how ingrained into society it is.

At $16 per share he thinks it is a great buy.

He refers to the fact that, while Facebook (FB, Financial) has 30 times the valuation of Twitter, it only has five times the users.
