Thomas Falk (Insider Trades), CEO and chairman of the board of Kimberly-Clark Corp. (KMB), sold 206,445 shares in the company on July 26. The price per share was $133.40 for a total transaction of $27,539,762.

Falk stated that as of mid-2016, the company is “on track with [its] plans and are confirming [its] bottom-line earnings guidance for 2016.” On July 14, Kimberly-Clark announced a partnership called Power to the Period between its U by Kotex Brand and DoSomething.org. Power to the Period is a national period products donation drive that will provide period products to homeless shelters from July 14 to Sept. 30. Kimberly-Clark also announced the conclusion of its five-year sustainability program and introduced its new sustainability goals through the company’s 150th anniversary in 2022 on June 30. The company focused on five categories: social, forests and fiber, waste and recycle, energy and climate and the supply chain. The company will continue to focus on these five categories through 2022.
