Multiple insiders of GoDaddy (GDDY, Financial) have been trimming their holdings in the month of October.

Scott Wagner, the chief operating officer and president of GoDaddy, sold 8,000 shares on Oct. 5 at a price of $34.61 per share. He sold an additional 8,000 shares for $35.93 per share on Oct. 19.

Barbara Rechterman, the company’s chief marketing officer, sold 19,500 shares on Oct. 4 at a price of $34.56. On Oct. 5, she sold an additional 19,500 shares for $34.62. On Oct. 11, Rechterman sold another 19,500 shares for $35.71, and 19,500 shares for $35.6 per share on Oct. 12. Her final two transactions were a total of 39,000 shares sold on Oct. 18 and 19 for $35.55 per share and $35.94 per share, respectively.

On Oct. 10, Nima Kelly, GoDaddy’s executive vice president general counsel, sold 10,000 shares at a price of $36 per share. Then on Oct. 11, CEO Blake Irving sold 37,500 shares at a price of $35.71. On Oct. 17, Auguste Goldman, GoDaddy’s chief people officer, sold 1,000 shares for $35.63.
