Warren Buffett Bought Home Depot, Lowe’s, Lexmark, and Tyco

 

As indicated in the SEC filings of Berkshire Hathaway, during the second quarter Warren Buffett has acquired shares of both the largest home improvement chains, 945,000 shares of Home Depot (HD) and 390,000 shares of Lowe’s (LOW). He also bought 1 million shares of Lexmark International, Inc (LXK), and 5 million shares of Tyco International (TYC). His holdings in HR Block (HRB) and Tarchmark Corp (TMK) have been kept confidential. He has been reducing his holding is HR Block since the first quarter.

I heard WB's Tyco purchase was actually Lou Simpson from GEICO. Is there any way to deduce if it's a Lou Simpson buy at GEICO or WBuffet, himself?

A talk show host and different articles have noted that Tyco was a GEICO pick.
