He currently holds 0.9% of outstanding shares. Commercial Vehicle Group is a supplier of cab related products and systems for the commercial vehicle market. Third quarter revenue decreased 24%. Operating income was $4.5 million compared to operating income of $9.9 million in the prior year period.
