Manning & Napier Advisors Inc. nearly doubled its stake in the Zayo Group Holdings Inc. (ZAYO, Financial) adding 2,569,425 shares of the company during the first quarter.

The shares were purchased for an average price of $31.03 per share.

Manning & Napier now owns 5,504,715 shares of Zayo Group.
