iShares MSCI Hong Kong Index Fund, formerly Shares MSCI Hong Kong ETF, (the Fund), is an exchange-traded fund.

Its inception was on March 12, 1996, and it is managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors.

The fund will at all times invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities in its underlying index.

The underlying index may include large-, mid- or small-capitalization companies.

Components of the underlying index primarily include financials, industrials, insurance, real estate and utilities companies. The fund is non-diversified and is reviewed quarterly.

iShares MSCI Hong Kong Index Fund has a market cap of $1.64 billion, a P/E ratio of 14.32, a P/B ratio of 1.24, a dividend yield of 2.68, and 73.72 million shares outstanding.
