DDR Corp. is an American real estate investment trust company that owns and manages value-oriented open-air retail shopping centers in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Tenants include Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, PetSmart and Michaels. It operates in 40 continental U.S. states and Puerto Rico.

DDR Corp. has a market cap of $2.82 billion; its shares were traded around $7.66 with and P/S ratio of 2.97. The trailing 12-month dividend yield of DDR Corp. stocks is 9.92%. The forward dividend yield of DDR Corp. stocks is 9.96%.

On Nov. 10 DDR Corp. declared a dividend of 19 cents per share for the fourth quarter. The dividend is payable on Jan. 5, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 12.

National Grid PLC (NGG, Financial) declined to $60.04

The prices of National Grid PLC (NGG, Financial) shares have declined to $60.04 on Dec. 1, which is only 2.7% above the three-year low of $58.42.

National Grid PLC is a British international electricity and gas utility company. Its main activities are in the U.K. and Northeastern U.S. The company had a market capitalization of £40.4 billion in 2016. The company is also a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.

National Grid PLC has a market cap of $40.45 billion; its shares were traded around $60.04 with a P/E ratio of 3.83 and P/S ratio of 2.04. The trailing 12-month dividend yield of National Grid PLC stocks is 4.86%. The forward dividend yield of National Grid PLC stocks is 4.86%.

On Nov. 29 National Grid PLC announced that components for the 160-meter-long tunnel boring machine will arrive at Goxhill near Hull in the next week. The machine will excavate a 5-kilometer tunnel under the River Humber to carry a replacement gas pipeline starting in 2018. The company has awarded the £100 million contract to build the tunnel to a joint venture made up of Skanska, PORR Bau GmbH and A. Hak.
