Gary Shilling, president of A. Gary Shilling & Co., talks with Bloomberg's Deirdre Bolton and Jon Erlichman about sovereign debt, the U.S. housing market, and the outlook for the dollar, Treasuries and stocks.

Shilling is of the opinion that US dollar and US treasury is luck for being a safe heaven despite all the problems we have.

Shilling is long in US Bond, thinking interest rate is going down from 4% to 3%.

But he is not excited about the outlook of the stock market:
