Mark Mobius, chairman of Templeton Asset Management Ltd., talks with Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua about the outlook for the global economy, Hungary's debt situation and investment strategy.

Mobius views Hungary's recent announcements by Hungary government on their state of deficit for domestic consumption. Their deficit and GDP numbers are not as bad as Greece.

Mobius sees some of the market down a lot that warrants a starting to look at some of the European countries. Some markets are down more than 25%.

For now though, Asian is still where the growth is and where Mobius wants to put his money.
