The Bank has two segments: Structured Property Financing and Consulting/Services. The Structured Property Financing segment provides property financing solutions for national and international clients on three continents. The Bank offers logistics, retail property and hotel financing packages. It focuses on hotels that are in prime locations across Europe, North America and Asia. In logistics properties, the Bank focuses on providing logistics financing solutions with its financing and structuring solutions. Its team is comprised of international real estate bankers and logistics industry professionals covering German and international markets. Structured logistics finance solutions include portfolio structuring for pan-European portfolios in combination with pan-European debt financing. The Retail Property Finance department caters for the needs of shopping center owners and developers. The Consulting/Services segment offers services for the housing and the commercial property industry as well as for the energy and waste disposal market. These are comprised of banking services, electronic banking, automated settlement of mass payment transactions and the optimization of advanced processes.
