ACCO Brands Corp is a manufacturer & marketer of office, school & calendar products and select computer and electronic accessories. It sell its products to consumers & commercial end-users through resellers, including traditional office supply resellers.

ACCO Brands Corporation is a Delaware corporation incorporated in 2005. The Company designs, develops, manufactures and markets traditional and computer-related office products, school supplies and paper-based calendar products. The Company sells its products to consumers and commercial end-users through resellers, including traditional office resellers, wholesalers, retailers and e-tailers in United States, Northern Europe, Canada, Australia, Brazil and Mexico. The Company operates in three business segments; ACCO Brands North America, ACCO Brands International and Computer Products. ACCO Brands North America and ACCO Brands International manufacture, source and sell traditional office products, school supplies and calendar products. ACCO Brands North America comprises the U.S. and Canada, and ACCO Brands International comprises the rest of the world, principally Europe, Latin America, Australia, and Asia-Pacific. The Company's office, school and calendar product lines use its trade marked, name brands such as AT-A-GLANCE, Day-Timer, Five Star, GBC, Hilroy, Marbig, Mead, NOBO, Quartet, Rexel, Swingline, Tilibra and Wilson Jones. Its office products include stapling, binding and laminating equipment; school products include notebooks, folders, decorative calendars, and stationery products. The Company's Computer Products Group design, source, distributes, markets and sells accessories for laptop, desktop computers, tablets and smartphones. The Company faces competition from 3M, Blue Sky, Carolina Pad, CCL Industries, Dominion Blueline, Esselte, Fellowes, Franklin Covey, Hamelin, House of Doolittle, Newell Rubbermaid, and numerous private label suppliers and importers in ACCO Brands North America and ACCO Brands International segments; and its competitors in Computer Products Group include Belkin, Fellowes, Logitech, Targus and Zagg. The materials used in the manufacturing products are plastics, resin, polyester and polypropylene substrates, paper, steel, wood, aluminum, melamine, zinc and cork. The Company's other registered trademarks are; ACCO, ClickSafe, Kensington and MicroSaver. The Company is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations concerning the discharge of materials into the environment and the handling, disposal and clean-up of waste materials and otherwise relating to the protection of the environment.
