Business Description

Access Midstream Partners LP formerly Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P is a Delaware Corporation. It operates as the gathering and processing master limited partnership. It owns, operates, develops and acquires natural gas gathering systems and other midstream energy assets. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, the Partnership's operations are focused on the Barnett Shale, Haynesville Shale, Marcellus Shale and Mid-Continent regions of the U.S. Access Midstream's assets are strategically located in Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia. The Company operates in the prolific Barnett, Haynesville, Marcellus shales and Mid-Continent areas. Access Midstream's gathering systems are comprised of more than 3,900 miles of active gathering lines and treating facilities that provide services to approximately 5,450 wells. The Company's assets gather approximately 2.8 billion cubic feet (bcf) of natural gas per day.
