Embotelladora Andina SA is involved in the production & distribution of Coca-Cola soft drinks. It produces and sells fruit juices, fruit-flavored beverages and mineral water. It also manufactures PET bottles for the packaging of Coca-Cola soft drinks.

Embotelladora Andina SA was incorporated on February 7, 1946 under the Chilean Companies Law. It is involved in the production & distribution of Coca-Cola soft drinks. It operates four geographical segments; Chilean operations, Brazilian operations, Argentine operations, Paraguayan operations. The Company produces and distributes fruit juices, other fruit-flavored beverages and mineral and purified water in Chile and Argentina under trademarks owned by The Coca-Cola Company. It also produces flavored waters and other carbonated beverages under trademarks owned by The Coca-Cola Company. It manufactures polyethylene terephthalate ("PET") bottles for its own use in the packaging of Coca-Cola soft drinks in Chile and Argentina. It distributes non carbonated beverages in Brazil such as herbs, fruit juices, energy drinks, sport drinks and waters, under trademarks owned by The Coca-Cola Company. The Company distributes beer in Brazil under the brands Amstel, Bavaria, Birra Moretti, Dos Equis (XX), Edelweiss, Heineken, Kaiser, Murphy's, Sol and Xingú. It distributes beer in the south of Argentina; and distributes spirits in the south of Chile. The competitors in juice segment are Watt's-CCU, Corpora Tres Montes and dairy producers in Chile, Soprole S.A., Nestlé Chile S.A. and Loncoleche S.A. In soft drink products, it competes with Embotelladora Chilenas Unidas or ECUSA, Talca, Pritty and Interlagos, Embotelladora Central S.A. In PET bottles, it competes with Alpla S.A. and Amcor. The Company's brands include Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Light, Coca-Cola Light Plus, Coca-Cola Zero, Coca-Cola Life, Inca Kola, Nordic Mist, among others. The Company's operations are subject to the full range of government regulations generally applicable to companies engaged in business in its franchise territories, including but not limited to labor, social security, public health, consumer protection, environmental, sanitation, employee safety, securities and anti-trust laws.
