The company operates as a holding company with Antenna Products Corporation, Tumche Corp., Phazar Antenna Corp. and Thirco, Inc. as the company's subsidiaries. Antenna Products Corporation and Phazar Antenna Corp. are operating subsidiaries with Thirco, Inc. serving as an equipment leasing company to Phazar Corp.'s operating units. Phazar Corp has no other business activity. Antenna Products Corporation is one of many suppliers of antennas and related manufacturing services to the government and government prime contractors. Antenna Products Corporation performs work for the United States Government primarily under fixed-price prime contracts and subcontracts. The company designs, manufactures and markets standard and custom antennas, guyed and self-supported towers, support structures, masts and communication accessories worldwide. Customers of Antenna Products Corporation include the U.S. Government, both military and civil agencies, U.S. Government prime contractors, and commercial clients.
