Arrow Financial Corporation through its holding Glens Falls National and Saratoga National Bank provides commercial and consumer banking and financial products.

Arrow Financial Corp was incorporated on March 21, 1983 in the state of New York. The Company's business consists of the ownership, supervision and control of its two banks. It owns two nationally chartered banks are Glens Falls National and Saratoga National in New York. It provides various advisory and administrative services and coordinates the general policies and operation of the banks. It offers a full range of commercial and consumer banking and financial products. Its deposits base consists of deposits derived from the communities it serves. Through its banks' trust operations, the Company provides retirement planning, trust and estate administration services for individuals, and pension, profit-sharing and employee benefit plan administration for corporations. It is engaged in a range of lending activities, including commercial and industrial lending to small and mid-sized companies; mortgage lending for residential and commercial properties; and consumer installment and home equity financing. It also maintains an active indirect lending program through its sponsorship of automobile dealer programs under which it purchase dealer paper from dealers that meet pre-established specifications. It sells a portion of its residential real estate loan originations into the secondary market to the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and state housing agencies. The Company competes with commercial banks, savings banks, savings and loan institutions and credit unions, as well as local offices of regional and money center banks.
