AptarGroup, Inc., is a solution provider of packaging delivery solutions for the beauty, personal care, home care, prescription drug, consumer health care, injectables, food and beverage markets.

AptarGroup, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in 1992. The Company is a solution provider of packaging delivery solutions for the beauty, personal care, home care, prescription drug, consumer health care, injectables, food and beverage markets. Its organizational structure consists of three market-focused business segments which are Beauty + Home, Pharma, and Food + Beverage. The Beauty + Home segment sells pumps, closures, aerosol valves and accessories to the personal care and home care markets and pumps and decorative components to the beauty market. The Company's Pharma segment is a supplier of pumps and metered dose inhaler valves to the pharmaceutical market. Its Food + Beverage segment sells dispensing closures and to a lesser degree, non-dispensing closures, spray pumps and aerosol valves to the food and beverage markets. The Company customarily seeks patent and trademark protection for its products and brands. The Company sells its products through its own sales force. Its customers are beauty, personal care, pharmaceutical, home care, food and beverage marketers in the world. The raw materials used in the Company's production are plastic resins, rubber and certain metal products. It operates its business in many counties such as United States, Europe, France, Germany and Italy. Competitors include privately and publicly held entities that range from regional to international companies. Certain of its products are indirectly affected by government regulation.
