Astronics Corp supplies products to the aerospace, defense and other industries. Its products include lighting & safety systems, electrical power generation & distribution systems, aircraft structures, avionics products & automatic test systems.

Astronics Corp is a supplier of products to the aerospace and defense industries. The Company design and build its products through its wholly owned subsidiaries. Its products include advanced, high-performance lighting and safety systems, electrical power generation and distribution systems, aircraft structures, avionics products and other products for the aerospace industry as well as test, training and simulation systems primarily for the military. It has twelve primary locations; ten in the United States, one in Canada, and one in France. It has two reportable segments, Aerospace and Test Systems. Aerospace segment designs and manufactures products for the aerospace industry. Product lines include lighting and safety systems, electrical power generation, distribution and motions systems, aircraft structures, avionics products and other products. Its Aerospace customers are the airframe manufacturers (OEM's) that build aircraft for the commercial, military and general aviation markets, suppliers to those OEM's, aircraft operators such as airlines and branches of the U.S. Department of Defense as well as the Federal Aviation Administration and airport operators. Test Systems segment designs, develops, manufactures and maintains automatic test systems that support the semiconductor, aerospace, communications and weapons test systems as well as training and simulation devices for both commercial and military applications. In the Test Systems Segment, its products are sold to a customer base including OEMs and prime government contractors for both consumer electronics and military products.
