Brunswick Corp is engaged in designing, manufacturing and marketing of recreation products including marine engines, boats, fitness and billiards equipment. Its products include sterndrive, yachts, deck boats, marine parts and cardiovascular equipment.

Brunswick Corp is a Delaware corporation, incorporated on December 31, 1907. The Company is engaged in designing, manufacturing and marketing of recreation products including marine engines, boats, fitness equipment and bowling and billiards equipment. The Company has four operating segments: - Marine Engine, Boat, and Fitness. The Marine Engine segment consists of the Mercury Marine Group which manufactures and markets a full range of outboard engines, sterndrive propulsion systems and inboard engines under the Mercury, Mercury MerCruiser, Mariner, Mercury Racing, Mercury Sport Jet and Mercury Jet Drive, MotorGuide, Axius and Zeus brand names. It also offers marine parts and accessories under the Quicksilver, Mercury Precision Parts, Mercury Propellers, Attwood, Land N Sea, Kellogg Marine Supply, Diversified Marine Products, Sea Choice and MotorGuide brand names, including marine electronics and control integration systems, steering systems, instruments, controls, propellers, trolling motors, fuel systems, service parts and marine lubricants. The Boat segment consists of the Brunswick Boat Group, which manufactures and markets fiberglass pleasure boats; yachts and sport yachts; offshore fishing boats; aluminum fishing boats; pontoon boats; deck boats and inflatable boats under brands such as: Sea Ray yachts, sport yachts, sport cruisers and runabouts; Bayliner sport cruisers and runabouts; Meridian yachts; Boston Whaler and Lund fiberglass fishing boats; and Crestliner, Cypress Cay, Harris FloteBote, Lowe, Lund and Princecraft aluminum fishing, utility, pontoon boats and deck boats. The Fitness segment is comprised of its Life Fitness division, which designs, manufactures and markets cardiovascular fitness equipment including treadmills, total body cross-trainers, stair climbers and stationary exercise bicycles and strength-training equipment under the Life Fitness and Hammer Strength brands. The Company offers its products in Europe, Canada, Pacific Rim, Latin America and Africa & Middle East. The Company utilizes distributors, dealers and retailers for the majority of its boat sales and portions of its sales of marine engine, fitness & bowling and billiards products. The Company is subject to federal, state, local and foreign laws and regulations, including product safety, environmental, health and safety laws and other regulations.
