Bouygues is a diversified industrial company incorporated on October 15, 1956 in France. The Company's business is organized into sector of activity including Construction and Telecoms/Media. The Company's Construction sector operates in segment including Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier, and Colas. The Bouygues Construction segment designs, builds and operates structures public and private buildings, transport infrastructure and energy and communication networks; Bouygues Immobilier segment develops residential, office, retail and sustainable neighbourhood projects; and Colas segment operates transport infrastructure construction and maintenance through two operating divisions: roads, and specialised business activities. The Company's Telecoms/Media sector operates segment including TF1 and Bouygues Telecom. The TF1 segment operates and develops four free view channels and special-interest pay-TV channels as well as its digital offshoots; and Bouygues Telecom segment is engaged in providing & operates mobile, fixed, TV, internet and cloud services.
