The Company is a holding company and has no significant business operations or assets other than its interest in Genesis. Genesis mainly engages in the manufacture and sale of automotive systems and components through its controlled subsidiaries and the joint ventures. The Company has business relationships with more than sixty vehicle manufacturers, including FAW Group and Dongfeng Auto Group Co., Ltd, Shenyang Brilliance Jinbei Co., Ltd.,; Chery Automobile Co., Ltd, and BYD Auto Co., Ltd and Zhejiang Geely Automobile Co., Ltd. Currently, the Company owns IP rights, including two trademarks covering automobile parts, HL and JL, and more than eighty-five patents registered in China covering power steering technology. Its Customers includes Chrysler North America, SAIC GM Wuling Automobile Co., Baoding Great Wall Automobile Holding Co., Ltd. and Beiqi Foton. The Company competes with Shanghai ZF, First Auto FKS, among others. The Company is subject to the requirements of U.S. federal, state, local and non-U.S., including Chinas, environmental and occupational safety and health laws and regulations.
