The Bank's loan portfolio is comprised of home improvement, personal, automobile, vacation, school/education, home equity, mortgage, business, real estate, commercial, and equipment and collateral loans. Its segments are Commercial real estate, Commercial, Residential mortgage, Home equity lines, and other consumer loans. The Commercial real estate segment includes residential ADC ((acquisition, development and construction, Commercial ADC, farmland, Multifamily, Owner occupied and Non-owner occupied. The Commercial segment includes commercial and industrial, agriculture, and other commercial. The Residential mortgage segment includes first-lien and second-lien loans. The Bank also offers ATM 24 Hour Banking at all branch locations 24 Hour Telephone Banking, Internet banking including paying bills over the internet, ATM/Visa check cards, Credit cards, Automatic funds transfer, and Direct Deposit/ACH. It operates six full service locations at Lincolnton, West Lincoln, Denver, Vale and Gastonia.
