Capital City Bank Group Inc is a bank holding company headquartered in Tallahassee, Florida. The Company was incorporated under Florida law on December 13, 1982, to acquire five national banks and one state bank that all subsequently became part of CCBGs bank subsidiary, Capital City Bank. The Bank offers products and services through a total of 63 full-service offices located in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Its offerings include commercial and retail banking services, as well as trust and asset management, retail securities brokerage and data processing services. It provides traditional deposit and credit services, asset management, trust, mortgage banking, merchant services, bank cards, data processing, and securities brokerage services through full-service banking locations in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. It operates these banking locations. Some of its offerings include Business Banking, Commercial Real Estate Lending, Residential Real Estate Lending, Retail Credit, Institutional Banking and Retail Banking. The Trust and Asset Management Services comprises of Capital City Trust Company operations. Capital City Trust Company is the investment management arm of the Company. The Trust Company provides asset management for individuals through agency, personal trust, IRAs, and personal investment management accounts. Brokerage Services encompasses operations of Capital City Banc Investments, Inc. It offers access to retail investment products through INVEST Financial Corporation. Data Processing Services comprises of Capital City Services Company operations. Capital City Services Company provides data processing services to financial institutions, government agencies, and commercial clients located in North Florida and South Georgia.
