Cameco Corporation was incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act on June 19, 1987. The Company engages in the exploration and development, mining, refining, conversion, and fabrication of uranium for sale as fuel for generating electricity in nuclear power reactors in Canada and other countries. The Company sells uranium and fuel services to nuclear utilities in Belgium, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, and the United States. The Company also operates the Bruce B nuclear reactors in Ontario, as well as through a subsidiary.
