Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd manufactures, distributes and markets carbonated soft drinks, still and mineral waters, fruit juices, coffee and other alcohol-free beverages.

Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd was incorporated on September 16, 1927 under the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The Company is the bottlers of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages in the Asia-Pacific region and also a Coca-Cola bottler. The Company manufactures, distributes and markets carbonated soft drinks, still and mineral waters, fruit juices, coffee and other alcohol-free beverages. It is also engaged in processing and marketing of fruits, vegetables and other food products and also manufactures and distributes alcohol ready-to-drink products, and the distribution of premium spirits and beer brands. The Company operates in four reportable segments, based on a combination of factors including geography, products and services. The Australia, New Zealand & Fiji and Indonesia & PNG segments derive their revenues from the manufacture, distribution and marketing of carbonated soft drinks and other alcohol free beverages. The Alcohol, Food & Services segment manufactures and distributes premium spirits and beers, processes and markets fruit and other food products, and provides certain support services to the Group and third party customers. The Company's diversified portfolio of products includes carbonated soft drinks, spring water, sports and energy drinks, fruit juices, iced tea, flavoured milk, coffee, tea and SPC Ardmona and Goulburn Valley packaged ready-to-eat fruit and vegetable snacks and products. The Company produces the Australian market's cola brand, Coca-Cola, the bottled water brand, Mount Franklin and the sports beverage, Powerade Isotonic, and produces non-sugar colas with Diet Coke and Coca-Cola Zero. It sells and distributes Beam Global premium spirits including Jim Beam, Canadian Club, Makers Mark and The Macallan. It also manufactures and distributes ready-to-drink alcoholic beverage, Jim Beam & Cola. The Company owns breweries in Fiji and Samoa and a distillery in Fiji, making Fiji Bitter, Vailima beer and Bounty Rum.
