CC Media Holdings, the parent company of Clear Channel Communications, is a global media and entertainment company specializing in mobile and on-demand entertainment and information services for local communities and premiere opportunities for advertisers. Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, the company operates in three segments: Radio Broadcasting, Americas Outdoor Advertising, and International Outdoor Advertising. The Radio Broadcasting segment owns a portfolio of stations that offer an assortment of programming formats. It also operates Premiere Radio Network, a national radio network that produces, distributes, or represents syndicated radio programs and services, as well as owns various sports, news, and agriculture networks. The Americas Outdoor Advertising segment owns or operates displays whereas the International Outdoor Advertising segment owns and operates outdoor display inventory.
