CC Media Holdings Inc is a Delaware corporation. The Company is a diversified media and entertainment company with three reportable business segments: Media and Entertainment; Americas outdoor advertising; and International outdoor advertising. The Media and Entertainment segment provides media and entertainment services via broadcast and digital delivery and also includes our national syndication business and approximately half of the Company's revenue is generated through this segment. Its Americas outdoor and International outdoor segments provide outdoor advertising services in their respective geographic regions using various digital and traditional display types. The Company's Americas outdoor segment consists of operations primarily in the United States and Canada. Its International outdoor segment consists of operations primarily in Asia, Australia, Europe and Latin America. The Company's Other segment includes full-service media representation business, Katz Media Group, as well as other general support services and initiatives, which are ancillary to its other businesses. The Company specializes in radio, digital, out-of-home, mobile and on-demand entertainment and information services for national audiences and local communities while providing premiere opportunities for advertisers. The Company continues to invest strategically in its digital platforms, including the development of continued enhancements to iHeartRadio, its integrated digital radio platform, and the ongoing deployment of digital outdoor displays.
