Business Description

CCOM Group Inc formerly Colonial Commercial Corp., a New York Corporation was incorporated on October 28, 1964. The Company's operations are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Universal Supply Group, Inc., The RAL Supply Group, Inc. and S&A Supply, Inc. The Company distributes heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, parts and accessories, climate control systems, appliances and plumbing & electrical fixtures and supplies. It supplies the Amana air conditioning and heating equipment line. The Company also supplies the Goodman line of heating and air conditioning equipment, Fraser-Johnston commercial air conditioning equipment and Johnson Control's Source 1 HVAC Service Parts. The Company's in-house staff provides technical assistance and training to customers. It distributes these products through seven sales locations in New Jersey, eight in New York State, two in Massachusetts and one location in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. It also supplies indoor air quality components and systems. It also distributes appliances, such as washers and dryers, to appliance dealers mainly in New York, New Jersey and portions of Connecticut, Delaware and Pennsylvania. The Company competes with a number of distributors, national chains, national home centers and air conditioning & heating equipment manufacturers. The Company is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations relating to the generation, storage, handling, emission, transportation and discharge of materials into the environment.
