CECO Environmental, along with its subsidiaries, is an environmental technology company focused on critical solutions in the product recovery, air pollution control, fluid handling and filtration segments.

CECO Environmental Corp was incorporated in State of New York in 1966 and reincorporated in Delaware in January 2002. The Company is an environmental technology company providing air pollution control products and services. Its operating segments are environmental segment, energy segment and fluid handling segment. It provides products and services including dampers and diverters, cyclonic technology, thermal oxidizers, filtration systems, scrubbers, fluid handling equipment and plant engineered services and engineered design build fabrication. The Company serves markets and industries including power, municipalities, chemical, industrial manufacturing, refining, petrochemical, metals, minerals & mining, hospitals and universities. Its group includes: Engineered Equipment Technology and Parts Group, Met-Pro Group, Contracting/Services Group. Engineered Equipment Technology and Parts Group produce various types of air pollution control technology and equipment; Met-Pro Group, manufactures and sells product recovery and pollution control equipment for purification of air and liquids, fluid handling equipment for corrosive, abrasive and high temperature liquids, and filtration and purification products; Contracting/Services Group, which produces air pollution control and engineered industrial ventilation systems. The Company focuses on engineering, designing, building, and installing systems that capture, clean and destroy airborne contaminants from industrial facilities as well as equipment that control emissions from such facilities, as well as fluid handling and filtration systems. The Company market its products and services under multiple brands, including Effox-Flextor, Kirk & Blum, KB Duct, Fisher-Klosterman, FKI, Buell, AVC, Busch International, CECO Filters, Adwest, Aarding, Duall, Flex-Kleen, Bio-Reaction, Dean Pump, Fybroc, Sethco, Mefiag Filtration, Keystone Filter, and Strobic Air to multiple end markets, a broad group of customers and for applications. The Company holds patents at its Busch International, CECO Filters, Fisher-Klosterman and Met-Pro Technologies businesses. The Company is subject to the requirements of OSHA and comparable state statutes.
