C&J Energy Services Ltd was founded in 1997 in Corpus Christi, Texas. The Company is a completion and production services company. The Company is engaged in providing well construction, well completions and well services to the oil and gas industry. The Company provides suite of services for the entire life cycle of the well, including cementing; directional drilling; fracturing; coiled tubing; wireline; rig services; fluids management; and complementary services. It also manufactures, repair and refurbish equipment used in the oilfield services industry. It offers hydraulic fracturing capabilities to handle the technically demanding completions challenges in conventional and unconventional high-pressure formations. It also offers coiled tubing services to help customers in their horizontal completion, workover and well maintenance projects. The Company operates in North American onshore basins with facilities across the United States and Western Canada. It also operates a fleet of workover and well servicing rigs throughout the U.S. and Canada.
