Cementos Pacasmayo SAA, a Peruvian corporation was incorporated in 1957. The Company's activity is the production and marketing of cement, blocks, concrete and quicklime in La Libertad region, in the North of Peru. The Company produces, distributes and sells cement and cement-related materials, such as concrete blocks and ready-mix concrete. Its products are used in construction. It also produce and sell quicklime for use in mining operations. It owns two cement production facilities, its flagship Pacasmayo facility located in the northwest of Peru and its smaller Rioja facility located in the northeast. Its facilities have total installed annual cement production capacity of approximately 3.3 million metric tons. The company also has installed annual production capacity of 240,000 metric tons of quicklime. Its core products are cement and other cement-related materials. It also produces quicklime and, until recently, zinc calcine. It generate sales by selling and distributing construction materials, such as steel rebar, cables and pipes, manufactured by third-party manufacturing companies. The Company sells substantially all its cement in the northern region of Peru. Its core products are cement and other cement-related materials. The Company uses its distribution network, together with its strategically located local commercial offices, to promote its products and brands.
