Crescent Point Energy Corp was originally incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Company Act (British Columbia) on April 20, 1994. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets related thereto through a general partnership and wholly owned subsidiaries.
