Crescent Point Energy Corp was originally incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Company Act (British Columbia) on April 20, 1994. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets related thereto through a general partnership and wholly owned subsidiaries. The crude oil and natural gas properties are located in the provinces of Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba and the states of North Dakota, Montana and Utah. The Company is subject to federal and state laws and regulations relating to preservation and protection of historical and cultural resources.
