Crescent Point Energy Corp was originally incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Company Act (British Columbia) on April 20, 1994. The crude oil and natural gas properties are located in the provinces of Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba and the states of North Dakota, Montana and Utah.
