Capital Product Partners LP is an owner of tanker, container and drybulk vessels. Its fleet consists of four Suezmax crude oil tankers, eighteen modern MR tankers, seven post-panamax container carrier vessels and one Capesize bulk carrier.

Capital Product Partners LP is a master limited partnership formed as Capital Product Partners L.P. under the laws of The Marshall Islands on January 16, 2007. The Company is an owner of modern tanker, container and drybulk vessels. Its fleet of 34 vessels, consists of four Suezmax crude oil tankers, twenty modern MR tankers, nine post-panamax container carrier vessels and one Capesize bulk carrier. Its vessels carry cargoes, including crude oil, refined oil products, such as gasoline, diesel, fuel oil and jet fuel, edible oils and certain chemicals such as ethanol, as well as dry cargo and containerized goods. The Company provides marine transportation services under medium to long-term time charters or bareboat charters with counterparties. The Company's competitors include BP, Chevron Corporation, Philips66 Inc., ExxonMobil Corporation, Royal Dutch Shell plc, Statoil ASA and Total S.A. Its operations and status as an operator and manager of ships are extensively regulated by international conventions, Class requirements, U.S. federal, state and local as well as non-U.S. health, safety and environmental protection laws and regulations.
