Its business is diversified across multiple dimensions, including service offerings and vertical industry coverage, as well as areas of functional expertise, client base, and geography. The Company provides consulting services to corporate clients and attorneys in a range of litigation and regulatory proceedings, provides research and analysis, testimonies, and support in litigation and regulatory proceedings in all areas of finance, accounting, economics, insurance, and forensic accounting and investigations. The management consulting practices offers a mix of industry and functional expertise to help companies address and solve their strategic, organizational, and operational business problems. Additionally, it facilitates clients to develop fresh approach by sharing industry insights, focusing on facts, and questioning tradition. The Company's clients include domestic and foreign corporations; federal, state, and local domestic government agencies; governments of foreign countries; public and private utilities; accounting firms; and national and international trade associations.
