On these sites The Company monetize the web traffic through a combination of Internet advertising mediums at its discretion in exchange for providing free software, support, and hosting. In addition to the over 82 properties and approximately 610 domain names acquired to date, it also maintain ongoing discussions with representatives of certain web properties and other companies that may be interested in being acquired by it or entering into a joint venture agreement with it. The Company's main competitors include Yahoo!, Google Inc.'s, Ad.com, and Valueclick. The Company is subject to regulations and laws directly applicable to providers of Internet content and services. It is also subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations applied to businesses.
