Capstone Mining Corp is a Canadian mining company, engaged in the production of and exploration for base metals in the United States, Mexico, Canada and Chile. It owns copper Pinto Valley Mine and coppersilver Cozamin Mine.

Capstone Mining Corp was incorporated pursuant to the Company Act (British Columbia) on July 17, 1987 under the name 330338 BC Ltd. The Company is a mining company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and production of base and precious metals in Canada, Mexico, Chile, and Australia. Through its subsidiaries, it owns and operates the copper, silver, zinc, lead. It also performs exploration for base metal deposits in Mexico, Canada and Chile. The Company holds interests in three producing copper mines: Pinto Valley in the US, Cozamin in Mexico, and Minto in Canada. Its two projects are Santo Domingo in Chile and Kutcho in Canada, as well as exploration properties in Chile and Mexico.
