The Company is engaged in the exploration for and production of base and precious metals in Canada, Mexico, Chile, and Australia. Capstone Gold, S.A. de C.V. (Capstone Gold), a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, owns and operates the copper, silver, zinc, lead; Cozamin Mine located in Zacatecas, Mexico. Capstone Exploraciones, S. A. de C. V., a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary performs exploration for base metal deposits in Mexico.
