Constellium NV designs and manufactures specialty rolled and extruded aluminium products serving the aerospace, packaging and automotive end-markets.

Constellium NV is a manufacturer of aluminium products and solutions for aerospace, automotive and packaging markets. The Company's products include common alloy coils, paintstock, foilstock and soft alloys. The Company operates approximately 23 production facilities, 10 administrative and commercial sites and one research and development center. The Company operates in three segments; Aerospace & Transportation, Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products and Automotive Structures & Industry. Aerospace & Transportation segment is engaged in the production of rolled and extruded aluminum products for the aerospace market, as well as rolled products for transport and industry end-uses. Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products segment is engaged in the production of rolled aluminum products in its French and German facilities. Automotive Structures & Industry segment is engaged in the production of hard and soft aluminum alloy extruded profiles in Germany, France, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
