CTI Industries Corporation is an Illinois corporation. It is a developer, manufacturer and supplier of flexible film products. It provides value-added design, engineering and production for flexible film products. It has developed, designed, and produced a number of products utilizing flexible films including: novelty foil balloons, zippered pouches for food and home storage, specialty films for packaging and unique film products for medical applications. The Company produces, markets and sells three main lines of products: Novelty Products, principally balloons, including foil balloons, latex balloons, punch balls and other inflatable toy items; Flexible Containers for home and consumer use for the storage and preservation of food and personal items; Flexible Films for food and other packaging and commercial applications. The Company's main manufacturing processes include: Coating and laminating plastic film; Printing plastic film and latex balloons; Converting printed plastic film to balloons; Converting plastic film to flexible containers; Producing latex balloons and other latex novelty items. Currently, it produces over 900 foil balloon designs, in different shapes and sizes, including the following: Superloons, Ultraloons, Miniloons, Card-B-Loons, Shape-A-Loons, and Minishapes. The Company's main competitors are Anagram International, Inc., Pioneer Balloon Company, Convertidora International S.A. de C.V., Barton Enterprises Inc., and Betallic, LLC. The Company owns 9 registered trademarks in the United States relating to its balloon products. Many of these trademarks are registered in foreign countries, mainly in the European Union. The Company's manufacturing operations in the United States are subject to the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Act.
