Consolidated-Tomoka Land is incorporated in the state of Florida. The Company is a diversified real estate operating company. It owns and manages commercial real estate properties in seven states in the US and two self-developed properties located in Florida. It also owns and manages a land portfolio of approximately 11,000 acres in Florida. The Company operates in three business segments: income properties, real estate operations and golf operations. The income property operation consists of income producing properties. The real estate operations consists of revenues generally from land transactions and leasing and royalty income from its interests in subsurface oil, gas and mineral rights. The golf operations consists of a single property located in the Daytona Beach, Florida with two 18-hole championship golf course, a practice facility, and clubhouse facilities including a restaurant and bar operations.
