Continental AG is an automotive manufacturing company. It manufactures tires, brake systems, automotive safety, powertrain and chassis components, tachographs and other parts for automative industries.

Continental AG was founded in 1871. It is engaged in developing technologies for mobility, transport and processing. The Company is automotive supplier. The Company's segments include Chassis & Safety, Powertrain, Interior, Tires and ContiTech. Chassis & Safety focuses on modern technologies for active and passive safety and for driving dynamics. Powertrain integrates efficient system solutions for the powertrain of today and of the future for vehicles of all categories. Interior offers solutions for information management within vehicles and networking between vehicles, making them safer and environmentally friendly.
