Cenveo Inc along with its subsidiaries is engaged in envelope converting, commercial printing, and the manufacturing of label and specialty packaging products.

Cenveo Inc was incorporated in Colorado on 25th March, 1994 as the successor to Mail-Well, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The Company provides print and related solutions in the areas of envelops, custom labels, specialty packaging, and business documents, among others. Its business is segmented into three; the print and envelope and the label and packaging. The print and envelope Offers direct mail products used for customer solicitations and customized envelopes used for billing and remittance needs of end users, including banks, brokerage firms and insurance, as well as credit card companies. Its offerings comprises of electronic prepress, digital asset archiving, direct-to-plate technology, high-quality color printing on web and sheet-fed presses, digital printing and content management. This segment also offers stock envelopes and labels for independent distributors, office-products suppliers, and office-products retail chains. It operates 66 manufacturing facilities in North America of which 18 are owned and 48 are leased as of 31st December, 2013. Label and Packaging segment produces a line of custom labels for a range of industries including manufacturing, warehousing, packaging, food and beverage, and health and beauty, which is sold through extensive networks within the resale channels. It also provides direct mail and overnight packaging labels, food and beverage labels, and shelf and scale labels for national and regional customer accounts. Further, it produces pressure-sensitive prescription labels for the retail pharmacy chain market. Its primary customers include pharmaceutical, apparel, tobacco, neutraceutical and other large multinational consumer product companies.
